But the hole-punch is an upgrade on the dreaded notch. The rest of the phone looks and feels pretty good too. The black model has only a subtle V chevron on the back making it the least ostentatious and my favorite

The editors didn't like
The LCD panel is inferior to displays in competing devices
Especially OLED ones. Uneven backlighting causes bleed around the edges that becomes increasingly noticeable
Won't be an issue for long-time Huawei/Honor owners
But Magic UI (essentially EMUI)
No waterproofing
Storage can't be expanded further
The secondary camera on the back isn't as versatile as phones with a telephoto or wide-angle shooters

Coldlooking display

Huawei's software is still a burden
Lacks wireless charging
Camera is mediocre for most common uses
LCD lacks the beauty and contrast of an OLED panel
Stunning glass design, Bright and vibrant LCD, No notch design, Flagship performance thanks to Kirin 980, Great battery life and fast charging, Very capable camera and plenty of AI features, USB Type-C port and headphone jack,
No wireless charging, No water resistance, Front camera could be better, 3D TOF camera is useless right now, Lack of any screen protection, No [email protected] support, Magic UI 2 can be overwhelming
If you are okay with an LCD display that's really good, and cameras that are just slightly inferior to its direct competitor, the OnePlus 6T, the Honor View 20 is a premium phone that I will definitely recommend. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. The H...
